CHAD ECHO FUNDED PROJECT: Strengthening Resilience through Multi-Sectoral Response Project
Center for Community Health and Development CHAD International is seeking qualified and dedicated individuals to join our team in implementing the ECHO-funded project, "Strengthening Resilience through Multi-Sectoral Response in Borno, Zamfara, and Sokoto States." This project aims to address the urgent humanitarian needs of affected populations in the Northeast and Northwest regions of Nigeria.

Project Overview
In partnership with The International Rescue Committee (IRC) Deutschland GGMBH, CHAD International will be implementing the ECHO-funded project in Gwoza LGA, Borno State. The project focuses on the Education in Emergencies sector and aims to provide critical support to vulnerable populations.
Job Summary: The M&E Officer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the project's monitoring, evaluation, and learning system. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and utilizing data to inform decision-making, measure progress, and improve program effectiveness.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in M&E roles, preferably in humanitarian settings.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement a robust M&E framework aligned with project objectives.
Design data collection tools and methodologies.
Collect, clean, and analyze data to generate informative reports.
Track project indicators and progress towards achieving targets.
Conduct regular monitoring visits to assess project implementation.
Prepare and disseminate M&E reports to stakeholders.
Identify learning opportunities and share knowledge with the project team.
Develop a Guideline for Community Feedback to ensure effective feedback mechanisms.
Develop a comprehensive MEAL Plan outlining monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning activities.
Establish a Community Response Mechanism to address community concerns and feedback.
Create a Feedback Register to document and track community feedback.
Develop a user-friendly MEAL Dashboard to visualize project progress and performance.
Design appropriate MEAL Assessment Tools to collect data on project outcomes and impact.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in statistics, social sciences, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in M&E roles, preferably in humanitarian settings.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Proficiency in data management software (e.g., SPSS, STATA, Excel).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
